When can I get paid for an overdue or abandoned contest?

In rare cases a client will sometimes abandon their contest.  They will be sent numerous reminder emails to select a winner.  After a significant waiting period, LogoTournament administration will select a winner on behalf of the client.

You can determine when the contest will be closed out by doing the following:

1. Visiting My Contests
2. Select the Selection (Late) tab.
3. Reviewing the Admin Selection column which will show the expected close out date.

We appreciate you not contacting support until three days after the expected close out date.
